This Privacy Policy explains how the Jah Prayzah official app (“Wagwizi Community”, the “App”) collects, uses and protects your information. By creating an account you agree to this policy.
We use your information to create and secure your Wagwizi membership, show your membership card and activity, deliver community features and notifications, process merch and ticket orders, and keep the App safe (preventing abuse and moderating content). We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with the service providers that operate the App on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication and storage), Expo / Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), our email provider (Resend) for transactional emails, and Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) for crash and error diagnostics. Sentry receives technical data such as your device model, operating-system version and crash reports (processed in the EU); we do not send your name or email address to Sentry. When payments are enabled, payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by the App. These providers process data under their own privacy terms and only as needed to provide the service.
Some screens show media embedded from third parties — for example YouTube (Google) and Spotify. When you view or play this content, your device connects directly to those services, which may receive your IP address and basic device information under their own privacy policies.
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. Some community content (e.g. live chat and personal messages) is automatically purged on a rolling basis. When you delete your account, your profile and associated data are permanently removed.
You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from Account → Delete Account inside the App. You may also request deletion by emailing info@jahprayzah.co.zw, or see our account-deletion page. Deletion is irreversible and removes your profile, posts, check-ins and order history.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
You can access and update your information in the App, or contact us to request a copy or deletion of your data.
