Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Wagwizi Community account and all of your personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open the app and go to:

Account → Delete Account → confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently.

Option 2 — By email (no app needed)

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it:

Email a deletion request

We verify the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Deletion is irreversible. We permanently remove:

Your login identity (email / authentication) and profile.
Your name, date of birth, phone number, country/city and profile photo.
Your community posts, replies, moments, poll votes, likes and check-ins.
Your membership record, cart and order history.
Your push-notification tokens.
Any photos, voice notes or videos you uploaded.

What we keep, and for how long

We do not retain your personal data after deletion. Limited, non-identifying records may be kept only where required by law (for example, transaction records for completed purchases) for the minimum period the law requires. Some community content such as live chat and personal messages is auto-purged on a rolling basis regardless of deletion.
